Hmmm... just a suggestion, you might empty you java memory and then do a restart... I use Merrill Edge Pro and I do that on occasion otherwise it won't even load... I think all of these platforms use java and the memory could get overloaded, just a suggestion, I'm not a computer geek... GZ
