The bottom line is Qualcomm executives never have a need or care to buy shares and are given a steady supply of shares to satisfy any need for other investments or expenses (rational or irrational). They also have an uncanny feel on maximizing their ROI. The selling activity in itself isn't really the issue.

Opportunity is always knocking and Q executives are more endowed to play than others.
