All of you will miss our Freedom of Speech when it is gone. It is disappearing before your eyes and no one seems to care. It's all cool when it is censorship of conservatives. But it won't stop there. If you have ever read any history books, you should know that. If you deny that, then you are simply ignorant and naive. Democrats are doing their damnedest to kill the Bill of Rights.

Amendment I - Congress shall make no law respecting an establishment of religion, or prohibiting the free exercise thereof; or abridging the freedom of speech, or of the press; or the right of the people peaceably to assemble, and to petition the government for a redress of grievances. Google, Facebook, and Twitter are silencing conservative voices and censoring whatever they want to censor with zero accountability. There is no freedom of the press when 92% of main stream media articles are negative on the duly elected President of the United States.
Amendment II - A well regulated militia, being necessary to the security of a free state, the right of the people to keep and bear arms, shall not be infringed. Democrats are doing their damnedest to eliminate the right to bear arms. This one is on life support.
Amendment III - No soldier shall, in time of peace be quartered in any house, without the consent of the owner, nor in time of war, but in a manner to be prescribed by law. Still alive and well, but not a clear and present danger in our era.
Amendment IV - The right of the people to be secure in their persons, houses, papers, and effects, against unreasonable searches and seizures, shall not be violated, and no warrants shall issue, but upon probable cause, supported by oath or affirmation, and particularly describing the place to be searched, and the persons or things to be seized. Anyone who travels a lot knows that your 4th amendment rights are routinely violated at every airport in the US....all in the name of protecting us from terrorism. They are so politically correct, they refuse to use Data Science and statistics to profile people and go after the true threats to us. Instead, they do fully randomized sampling to perform their illegal search and seizures.
Amendment V - No person shall be held to answer for a capital, or otherwise infamous crime, unless on a presentment or indictment of a grand jury, except in cases arising in the land or naval forces, or in the militia, when in actual service in time of war or public danger; nor shall any person be subject for the same offense to be twice put in jeopardy of life or limb; nor shall be compelled in any criminal case to be a witness against himself, nor be deprived of life, liberty, or property, without due process of law; nor shall private property be taken for public use, without just compensation. The Kavanaugh hearing was testament to the fact that if Democrats were in power, they would eliminate indictments by grand jury, due process, and the presumption of innocence. They said it themselves that Kavanaugh's 5th Amendment rights did not apply. This more than anything else is why Democrats are not fit to lead this country. Mob rule can not be allowed to reign supreme in this country, which was founded on law and order.
Amendment VI - In all criminal prosecutions, the accused shall enjoy the right to a speedy and public trial, by an impartial jury of the state and district wherein the crime shall have been committed, which district shall have been previously ascertained by law, and to be informed of the nature and cause of the accusation; to be confronted with the witnesses against him; to have compulsory process for obtaining witnesses in his favor, and to have the assistance of counsel for his defense. Same as above. If it was up to the Democrats, any woman would have the right to accuse someone and be believed and the accused would be thrown in jail without an indictment, trial, or any ability to protect himself.
Amendment VII - In suits at common law, where the value in controversy shall exceed twenty dollars, the right of trial by jury shall be preserved, and no fact tried by a jury, shall be otherwise reexamined in any court of the United States, than according to the rules of the common law. Same as above.
Amendment VIII - Excessive bail shall not be required, nor excessive fines imposed, nor cruel and unusual punishments inflicted.
Is it cruel and unusual to ruin a man's life based on accusations alone? That's the world of the Democrats for you.
Amendment IX - The enumeration in the Constitution, of certain rights, shall not be construed to deny or disparage others retained by the people. Leave it to the Democrats and the Constitution would be relegated to the dustbin of history. I can't count how many times I've heard Democrats say that the Constitution is an outdated and dead document, instead of the living restraint on the unchecked power of our government that it was intended to be. Our Constitution is on life support and under unceasing attack by Democrats.
Amendment X - The powers not delegated to the United States by the Constitution, nor prohibited by it to the states, are reserved to the states respectively, or to the people. Restraints, not unchecked power. The Democrats want unchecked power, including that of mob rule, lawlessness and chaos. They must be stopped at the ballot box. |
