To be honest I do not understand this trial (with Fasinumab) at all? Are they investigating off-target effects as potential SAE generator/potentiate, or something that can "damage" peripheral nerve function and reduce pain intensity (due to signal lost), as positive? Anyway, I thought that Teva (after internal/financial problems) will dump program and give back candidate right...contrary, they continue to "waste" sources. How can REGN be that persuasive and keep they in line???
