Hello lovely Kimberly..... I was out at the Sea shack Restaurant having a mindblowingly excellent Meal last evening in New Smyrna Beach......I was out swimming in the Glory of the Atlantic Ocean with my swimming
googles on and just loving life....and getting in a pretty darn good workout as points for the bonus round........

Now NSB is the kind of place that is one of those little secrets that only the cognecetti Know of........
Luckily I was fortunate enough to have Mr. Robert Colby elucidate to me the very unique and specific
nuance of the Italian? word Cognecetti.........

It is one that the Medici's would be familiar with.... even more so; folks like myself who have a passion for
history...... and am one of my favorite subsets of History is the study of what actually happened in the past
and you go straight to the source material and don't let other people start to SPIN our common History,
for their own personal..... agenda.........

Agenda's tend to deal with Political, Religious; Battle of the Sexes, this one below
LGBTQIA all those folks are so busy thinking about sex 24/7..... that they really don't like history,
as they see history as one long continuous serious of persecution of all of them as they on a real
root level are not comfortable about who they are and what they do.....

as you notice I don't need to go pontificate on the topic : I'm Switzerland --- that is short hand for Neutral .

Since Switzerland is way up in the mountains.... with fabulous lakes..the Alps... the Sounds of Music...

the 13 or so Canton of Switzerland just stick to their knitting... .. making great chocolates, Watches,
Textiles and fabulous Discreet Banking....

((((O/T In writing this I am sitting here looking at Switzerland in Purple An Epihany hit me
that it looks very similar to Deutscheland......)))))))

oh and as to Purple The Key to my usage of Purple when I am amplifying my writing for maximum
comprehension One needs to know.....that

Purple is a color intermediate between blue and red. [1] [2] It is similar to violet, but unlike violet, which is a spectral color with its own wavelength on the visible spectrum of light, purple is a composite color made by combining red and blue. [3] According to surveys in Europe and the U.S., purple is the color most often associated with royalty, magic, mystery, and piety. [4] When combined with pink, it is associated with eroticism, femininity, and seduction. [5]

Purple was the color worn by Roman magistrates; it became the imperial color worn by the rulers of the Byzantine Empire and the Holy Roman Empire, and later by Roman Catholic bishops. Similarly in Japan, the color is traditionally associated with the Emperor and aristocracy. [6] The complementary color of purple is yellow. [7]

(a Place that my very good friend and colleague ....Mr. Robert B Furman will surely be coming to quite soon,
as he had not been to the Finest Beach On the the North American side of this Atlantic Ocean Yet.........
oh and btw... I have been to the Black Sand 1 mile lagoon beach in Tahiti..... which is still as what.. since it
is a Lagoon and is more like a big swimming pool with no waves.... which is pleasant.........

but you need waves....... Brian Wilson and the beach boys would only have Cars and Girls to Sing about
and the Entire Premise of the Band as can be easy established by the most casual of glances at the

NAME OF THE BAND: the BEACH Boys

so Ashley a beautiful young lady who with Natural Blond Long Hair.... she is as 10 times mentally sharper
than I was when I was her age.... She also has a "Fuck it" attitude..... like hey... it's just another day and
it's gonna happen the way it's gonna happen the way it's going to happen.... so I am not going to
get stressed by it.

As I walk in the door and am walking up the elevated platform (wheelchair friendly) to the bar and live music area.. she's walking by taps me on my left arm and says Hey boss man....

Ashley obviously has me spellbound.. as I am writing about her and all of this is the set up for when they
used to play music in the old days... the 1971 when they did not have computers to do it all for you...

and thus we have Ron "PigPen" McKern the lead Blues Man harp and singer of the Greatful Dead in
the Bands first few years and he did about 8 tracks that are all really cool.... I shall see about putting each
of them in future posts.......

but the song of the day is :

big boss man grateful dead pigpen

Ronald Charles McKernan (September 8, 1945 – March 8, 1973), known as Pigpen, was an American singer and musician. He was a founding member of the San Francisco band the Grateful Dead and played in the group from 1965 to 1972.

McKernan grew up heavily influenced by African-American music, particularly the blues, and enjoyed listening to his father's collection of records and taught himself how to play harmonica and piano. He began socializing around the San Francisco Bay Area, becoming friends with Jerry Garcia. After the pair had played in various folk and jug bands, McKernan suggested they form an electric group, which became the Grateful Dead. He was the band's original frontman as well as playing harmonica and electric organ, but Garcia and bassist Phil Lesh's influences on the band became increasingly stronger as they embraced psychedelic rock. McKernan struggled to keep up with the changing music, causing the group to hire keyboardist Tom Constanten, with McKernan's contributions essentially limited to vocals, harmonica and percussion from November 1968 to January 1970. He continued to be a frontman in concert for some numbers, including covers of Bobby Bland's " Turn On Your Love Light" and the Rascals' " Good Lovin'".

Unlike the other members of the Grateful Dead, McKernan avoided psychedelic drugs, preferring to drink alcohol (namely whiskey and flavored fortified wine). By 1971, his health had been affected by alcoholism and liver damage and doctors advised him to stop touring. Following a hiatus, he resumed touring with the group in December 1971 but was forced to retire from touring altogether in June 1972. McKernan was found dead of a gastrointestinal hemorrhage on March 8, 1973, aged 27, and is buried at Alta Mesa Memorial Park in Palo Alto.
