Hi Elmo,

Good post. I was kind of wondering where Vickers, Inside Traders, Stock Smart, etc. get the info. From what I can tell at the Free Edgar site, Edgar doesn't get it unless it's filed electronically. I've also noticed that at times, some sites have information that the others don't. It seemed to me that there must be a public data base somewhere that is the source for the different pay sites. I don't know if there would be any advantage to having the trades fresh off the press since there is usually a good sized time lag before anything happens. Mostly just curious. I'll wander around the net a bit and see if I can find anything interesting.

Regards,

Don
