EnWave Announces the Resignation of Dr. Gary Sandberg from its Board of Directors
VANCOUVER, British Columbia, Oct. 15, 2018 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- EnWave Corporation (TSX-V:ENW | FSE:E4U) (“EnWave”, or the "Company") announces the Company’s Board of Directors has accepted the resignation of Dr. Gary Sandberg from EnWave’s Board of Directors. Dr. Sandberg has also resigned from his position with the Company as Senior Vice President, Technical Services due to personal reasons. The Board of Directors and EnWave’s management would like to thank Dr. Sandberg for his years of service and his contributions to the technical advancements of EnWave’s proprietary Radiant Energy Vacuum technology.
My comments:
At least Sandberg doesn’t hold millions of shares. After selling 60,000 shares recently, he now holds around 185,000 shares.
Further on insider holdings ... I just noticed that ENW’s new CEO doesn’t own any regular common shares. He only holds 135,000 restricted shares and 1,250,000 options. Much the same goes for the CFO: Zero commons, 110,000 RSU and 1 Mil options.
BTW, Durance so far hasn’t sold any of his 2.8 Mil shares or if he did, hasn’t reported it yet. |
