b) "China's President XI offers TRADE CONCESSIONS !!" (from 6:47 to 13:27)
... these Concessions are on Autos and IP and were primarily offered by XI because Donald Trump took a STRONG stance on trade with China calling for BALANCED and RECIPROCAL TRADE WITH CHINA ...
