And Kimberly it is both and honor and a privilege to have you here right in the mix of things..... able to observe, ask any question (and there is no such thing as a stupid question....... only not so bright people who fail to ask to have something clarified or explained to them in 1 of 2 ways..... 1) in more simple terms so that the completely understand what they are not certain they do understand and 2) those who just go ahead and assume that they know everything completely and don't need to have any more information provided to them..... completely free of charge..... with no strings attached........
