Angel Gold (ANG-V) @stateside A low-priced opportunity (I believe) for those with patience. Angel Gold $ANG - $.03/share; 50 million shares out - $1.5 million market cap just signed a revised option today for their El Porvenir project in Colombia. They attempted to raise funds in the first half of 2018 but the previous option terms called for $400,000 cash payment and $1.5 million in spending in 2018 and $1,000,000 cash payment and $1.5 million spending in 2019 so investors thought the company may lose the project and balked at the PP. The revised option signed today is much better with only a $75,000 cash payment in 2019 ($100,000 in 2020) and $500,000 in spending ($1.0 million in 2020) and extends the term out 4 years. There are 3 exciting targets on the project .... angelgoldcorp.com ......one target had prior drilling of 5.5 meters of 70 g/t gold. Another target with no prior drilling had trenching of 5.35 g/t gold over 150 meters. All permits are in place to drill. The company will need to raise money but with the relaxed option terms and the potential of the project (and with an improving gold sector) it should be doable. I've owned shares for a while and posted on the $ANG board earlier in the year with a few other die- hards :). The share price should re-rate prior to drilling.
