Thank you Skaar for your prompt answer. My DD on this corp shows that there was a Rico action by a Supra Corp. but that it was dismissed. It appears on the surface at least that the plaintiffs ran out of money-but who knows what the real story is without contacting the involved parties. It also appears that there was another suit by someone who recently passed away, I am attempting to find out those details. Then there was those allegations about Select in a past posting. I guess my question is can you have a class action Rico suit IF there was some sort of impropriety? I am certainly not making any allegations here but wondering how a $2 stock this time last year ends up at $.05 today and the Company reports $16.5 million in financing along the way. PS. Your msg was posted at 4;42 EST don't you ever sleep?
