He got suspended. Now what happened to the GOP candidate who threatened to beat his opponent with a golf shoe? Or the GOP representative that assaulted a member of the press right before the last election? Or any of the large number of GOP candidates who threaten violence, often with a gun? Nada. Zilch. Nothing.
