Solipsist, Per yesterday's performance the technicals for the overall market has turn to the downside, as indicated with the "BLACK MARUBOZU". The news last night may be strong enough to turn the market back up. As I have always indicated that fundamentals/news can over-ride the technicals. Asia was up very strong, with Japan taking the lead up 924 points. The futures are now up 7.2, but that can still change and is only an indication of the open. Seeya
