On Oct 31 of 16 the "Unemployment Rate" was 4.9% which is NOT "full employment" (Full employment has long been considered about 4%.) So, after a full 8 years of Obama he had STILL not managed to reach full employment.

Full employment is a difficult place to reach when government is giving away money.

>> In fact, it is considered dangerous by most educated economists because labor shortages generally result in inflation.

No "educated economist" would oppose full employment today, recognizing the transition to a virtual economy which is instantly scalable, and the coming automation glut which will result in massive job loss particularly (but not limited to) at the bottom of the pay scale. We need every person contributing today.

My state has thrown 8,000 able-bodied workers off of Medicaid by virtue of a work requirement. You're not working? We have stuff for you to do. But you're not sitting on your ass getting free health care.

These are solid approaches to preparing our economy for the shock of coming employment and education crises.
