Western Forest (WEF) getting over sold. Intrinsic value is $2.10, BV ( Tangible Value ) $1.50 Current price $1.83. Depending on lumber price fluctuations and if they decide to cancel the 4%+ Dividend may pull back to the 1.50 / $1.60s The corporation is financially stable. What the company business is is not important. As a trader all your interested in is the rise from being oversold. I see no reversal signal yet and may not till after the US mid terms. Perhaps one to keep an eye on for a trade. Lumber Market has been quite brutal and taken a big hit.
