Eric,
I do think Shepards position is closely related to the stock price. Last October the stockprice went down from 0,25-ish to as deep as 0,14 on hugh volume. Senior management (Mr. Stines) selling stocks as well. Initially we (this thread) couldn't explain this drop since we couldn't see any reason for it.
Shortly after this it was announced that Kevin Haggerty was to join FNTN, fueling the stock price to 0,60+.
It then was assumed that the stock price was gradually taken down to load a big number of shares, which were to be given to Haggerty and most likely senior management bought in back as well.
If the latter is true and Shepard holds a large number of stocks, that means that he has great interest in a high stock price as well.

If FNTN, as announced, will be a fully reporting company by Q2 98, we will have a better view at Shepards stock position, and thus probably our own as well.

Anyone any comments?

Robert
