John: Re: potential customers for next generation PC's I may have misunderstood, but I thought Andy Grove's comments were saying that, even though he expected low-end buyers to eventually upgrade (and relatively soon), there would be an immediate impact on ISP's and other Internet businesses, all of which use high-end hardware. Guess I just like knowing we're enjoying some cake now and more later. You're right all the low-end boxes are on top of the installed base. Overall profit going up is a good thing. I'll let the analysts cry about the declining margins. dmf
