My perception of their "Play fair mindset" is they are far from there now. Trump is in process of showing China what a bigger club than they have feels like. After a while you decide to get along. Drugs with in China and Asia have always been a plight. Our GI's in Viet Nam learned that long ago. A fair portion of the MIA's from Viet Nam had addictions and the ride home was avoided.
