China's pharmaceutical firms don't sell these illicit drugs in China because that would attract the death penalty.

But China has no law against selling illicit drugs elsewhere.

There is currently no social conscience in Chinese society, a country which sells their citizens as medical spare parts.

Learning to be part of civilized society is going to be a decades-long process for China.
