Dupi label for asthma is favorable, sticky point was 300mg/Q2w for <150-300, where dupi was not better than placebo. I guess, that initial burst in eosinophil count (as treatment start) is lagging bit longer and prevent true benefit. Also, in that subgroup, 200 mg dose fired better.
