Hal:

Thank you for the average price calculations. It's always easier to make a real determination of the value of a deal when you have the numbers. Based on the prices that you provided, HVSF will end up with an additional 21.7 million shares. This is on top of the already 30 million (approximately) shares that HVSF currently has outstanding. I understand that it is difficult for the company to get financing, however if Waite and See will be able to trade these shares immediately, then this not such a shareholder friendly deal. to demonstrate their cpommitment to the company, the least they can do is to restrict these shares for a certain period, at least 3 years for example. JMO.
