LOL! You likely don't know this, but the Islamic Republic of Iran has legally and religiously sanctioned transgender operations with the full rights for the transgender people. The underlying logic of this "fatwa" is that a person may be born with various physical deformities or extra limbs including the genitals. They've found it immoral to deny someone corrective surgery or discriminate against them based on such. This puts the Iranian mullahs light years ahead of the Trump administration.
