Thanks for the tipoff. That is the PERFECT looking chart for my kind of signal. Absolutely PERFECT.
Would I play if it signals today. Good question. At this point in time, I would be loathe to play a PGDCEB on a downmarket day, or if something (like a continuing divergence between the Dow and the NAX) suggests to me that the markets are hiding their wounds.
