Even LOXO, whose data was stellar and soundly thumped Roche's competing program was sold early (after being sold some going into it). Gave me the willies, as I'd been assigned a small position on a put sale. But it came back, and I bailed for further profit. I came to the LOXO party late, but it's one position I've handled well. I'm looking to re-write those puts. Meanwhile, Mirati MRTX, also sold off beforehand, and now is off 20% afterwards. Might be worse if not for some spin efforts. I'd be tempted to short a bounce in that one.
