I think Dems only have to win the House to gridlock further GOP pharma and healthcare plans. But in neither case do they get to advance their own legislation, because no matter what happens, we'll have a GOP president for at least two more years, and they won't have enough of a majority to override vetoes. The idea that the GOP would lose the House has been around for months, so I think it is mostly priced in, though there could be a little more to go. JMHO. As such, my strategy is to short the indexes as a hedge for long position in biotechs. Just need another decent bounce in the indexes, is all.
