For all the shorts here, I think this split may be bad news. AOL is surrounded by a cummunity of investors all playing the bigger idiot game--there is no attention to earnings or for that matter even the company's general financial state. The split, I'm afraid, may allow the price to move up significantly since no one seems to care about earnings/share anyway. I wouldn't be suprised to see this thing 60+ a couple of weeks after the split. . . Of course I'll be standing in line to short it then. . .
