GM, I have recently become bearish on the entire tech sector and companies with exposure to the pacific rim. I'm keeping my powder dry in lower P/E stocks than Dialogic. This is because I lost money trying to play the crisis in Mexico several years ago. Importers with no manufacturing in crisis nations get killed by the exchange rate conversions and reduced demand. I know that the problems of the Pacific Rim will not go away over night and that DLGC has 15% exposure there and 30% in Europe. Also, the year 2000 problem will also distract MIS execs from spending for a short time and DLGC sells discreationary technology that can be "pushed out" until year 2000 issues are resolved.
