I sent the e-mail to Stefan bdecause my SI membership was not activated. However, at 3:13 eastern time a wire came across my screen that was released by States News Service 1/15/98. It reported that Cal Reed "....CEO of Valence Technology, reported on 1/9/98, the proposed sale of 50,000 shares on 1/5/98, for $256,250 through Morgan Stanley and Co.,Inc."

This was not referring to the earlier sale. The odd thing is that it still referred to Cal as the CEO. I called FRB and they could not confirm or deny the report.
