Brazil has never allowed foreigners to buy farmland other than through setting up Brazilian corporations. Bolsonaro has been talking about dropping trade barriers. I have never heard an anti China comment in Brazil. I suspect he will be a pragmatist. Even after he unchains the Brazilians they will need more skilled labor and capital.
