One grand slam coming up!! The TSQ site is up and running beautifully-the real kicker is the great marquis thet have which is like two big tv-video screens, one facing north the other south-- I can see them almost 8 blocks away at night. No one walks by without stopping to see whats going on. Saturday night was packed and they actually had to turn some people away at closing time. They are still trying to decide the optimum times to be open but it looks like they will need to stay open much later than expected on the weekend. Midnight closing time is just to early for Times Square. This is the slam dunk site Cinema Ride needed to get the ball rolling. Hopefully they will issue some press with some numbers in a couple of months so you can all see how good the revenues are going. There is no advertising yet and yet every night I go by and watch how many people just wander in. Tourists, teenagers etc. are readily abundant and there is a steady stream in the evenings. I hear they are working on a deal with a tour bus company in Manhattan to stop at their site and maybe offer some kind of ticket coupons or such- That would keep them full much of the time. Disney is about to open around the corner and Warner Bros. is under construction across the street. Two hotels are coming soon on 42 ncd and 8th ave. Things are really looking up and I was buying more when we touched 5/8 of a dollar. I've read and reread the 10q and all the other info I could get my hands on, and while nothing is perfect there seems to be a potential gold mine to me lurking in Times Square.
