Hannah, I can't see any real information in that post at all. Note that it was posted on the Crystallex forum. It does not even suggest what it was that could be illegal. Writing a letter of complaint to a court is hardly an illegal act. There is a lot of dis-information being spread about this subject IMO. Clearly if the price of GLR can be kept down very low it is a cheap takeover target. The Crystallex share price in comparison with GLR's is completely out of the ball park. They have NO rights and a messy fight with Placer Dome a very formidable adversary, and if they won that then they have to fight with the Government and the Courts as well. I am holding my Gold Reserve - I might be proven wrong but I will accept the companies published information ahead of a few posters with unverifiable rumours and unspecified agendas trying to talk the stock down.
