Hi Guys, KVH has announced a Q3 earnings release date of 10/31. This is 5 to 7 days earlier than the longer 5 week pattern established several years ago, when SatCom began to contract. It’s interesting that it’s the same day of the FLIBS opening. I am assuming that there is a high likelihood another HTS product will be announced on the same day so, I find this timing curious. Is it possible they want to talk about the product or are they delaying a product announcement for some reason? Usually, moving up traditional announcements schedules are a good indication...as long as they aren’t pre-announcements. I could be reading too much into it. One concerning report I recently read suggests US boat builders are being impacted by tariffs. Not sure if this is a bad thing or something that accelerates the move to CaaS for the existing market? Barring a significant change in macro economic conditions related to tariffs, we should be seeing the best earnings and guidance report, in years. Hopefully we see something soon on the autonomous FOG. Aw
