  • Application must be made within 120 days after the date award is rendered unless annulment requested on grounds of corruption (within 120 days after discovery of corruption and in any event within 3 years of date award rendered)

  • (a) identify the award to which it relates;

    (d) be accompanied by the payment of a fee for lodging the application.
