Jody,
I think it is very inappropriate for you to tout a stock
you are involved with.
That said, the 80/20 split is similar to that of hedge fund
operators and many other form of investment limited partnerships.
It does allign the interests of management and shareholders but
that alone is not enough of a reason for investing.
Please do not tout you company again.
