OT - healthcare - I don't know if things on healthcare.gov are in flux, but seems possible since one can't sign up until November 1st. Depending on which state, you will be sent to a state exchange. Not Pa. though. Currently it appears we have a new policy listed since this morning. ? Either way, I opened two windows and filled in all the same info, just changing tobacco to yes on the second. Anyone can check it out without logging in. Zip 17325 63 and 62, married, no dependents claiming $62000 of income. No tobacco use - subsidy $2251 per month. Geisinger Marketplace HMO 20/40/3000 $6000 deductible - $717.93 per month. Tobacco use - subsidy $2840 per month. Exact same plan $425.70 per month. Obviously, it is over my head.
