Not a problem NC, for 149.99 UK pound fee it can exist for another year in smoke and mirrors (like a few other things) in a file folder somewhere in a cabinet in the Jordans Law office - at that address. Well, plus fees for the secretary in charge of little bothersome stuff.


I don't know why they bothered, as any private company can be registered in the UK within a week before they would start to actually do something. Sure, it would impress a couple goofs who might think businesses would invest money in a company operating out of a manila file in an old metal cabinet in an office.

But then some folks enjoy holding a lottery ticket and without even checking the numbers to keep a dream alive.

Without even sending a cheque Dube can cheaply keep the dream alive for another 3 weeks.
