Nobody in Obama's Admin was indicted, but Holder was convicted of Contempt of Congress, and about 15 of his top aides and Cabinet heads got "immunity from prosecution", but we don't know why. Usually immunity is given for testimony used to indict those higher in the chain of command. Even unsecured Top Secret info in emails was ignored by crooked FBI bosses and went unindicted.
