Bought one last K this a.m. Now I digging in close to the beach so I can get a good view of the whole thing as it unfolds. In reading through a bit of company history last night, I noticed that there have been some significant stock splits and reverse splits over the last several years. Wouldn't a reverse split essentially have the same result as a buyback??? You would be reducing the number of outstanding shares, and once the company is profitable this would be reflected in much quicker EPS growth. What would be the negatives of a reverse split? Smaller float may result in a very thinnly traded stock. Anything else?? PA
