You are wrong! A buy back implies, purchasing the shares. FAHN is a seller of stock, not a buyer. FAHN has a number of hedge funds in-house, and they have had a lot of success attacking small-cap companies. in some cases they have been very succesful, but the few that I am aware of were marginal companies at best, and highly contreversial. I don't think this is the case in RADAF.
Sometimes, if you have enough firepower you can make things happen. I believe they started this right after the earnings were announced, and their reasons for shorting were all pretty valid, and in hindsight they have been correct. Now the question is, when is enough, enough? I am betting soon, as I have been a buyer everyday, and I wonder what do they know that I don't, and so far I am convinced they know nothing that we don't.
One very large firm is in process of calling shares back, but you can still borrow RADAF at other firms. This business is tough enough to find a good idea, invest in it, and then have market conditions knock you around, but when you add a short seller, you say Oh my God, there must be something wrong. If you are playing market stocks, techs,drugs,etc.. and there are shorts, that is one thing, but when you think you know your story, and someone is betting against you, you really have to go back and re-do your homework. I have done that in my fashion, and I keep adding. Someone is going to be right, and someone is going to be wrong.
People keep saying to me that they know something you don't. I say, maybe they think they do, but that is why we have buy and sell tickets.
We were right for the last 7-8 months, and they have been right for 30 days. Sometime in the near future, the jury will decide, and the jury is the market. |
