Dub,
Why so negative? Who cares if TGNT has a higher market value than WCII? Perhaps WCII still has something they need to prove. WCII appearently wants to prove it. I think TGNT is designed to be sold.
In addition the higher market cap for either company can only help both.
And I don't mean to start trouble but I don't believe that WCII is as far ahead as we'd all like to believe. Whatever the exact amount of lines were it still represents an extremely small portion of what would be needed to generate enough revenue to justify a $5 billion market cap($100/share). Remember WCII has been waiting around for equipment to be developed for years. And the point/multipoint equipment is either just coming available or not yet quite ready to ship. And that is the equipment that we want WCII to have.
On top of that I think a $36/share stand alone price is fair. I believe that with Bill R. at the helm you should plan on a stand alone company. I think Telegent is being priced for sale. Much in the same way that WCII would demand a $70 to $100/share price telegent will also be priced with a premium.
WCII has paved a great path. The downside is that now others can also drive on it. They have made it easier for Telegent to move forward and gain quicker acceptance.
