4 weeks since ZEN announced that it had "arranged a non-brokered private placement financing to raise a minimum of $1.0 million (the “Offering”) subject to regulatory approval."
2 weeks since the Global Graphene Expo where Choo-Choo was able to reveal the full breadth of his knowledge about Graphite, Graphene and leading a publicly traded company.
The "arranged" PP still hasn't closed (I wonder what the flock thought "arranged" meant?
Institutions and large investors attending the Global Graphene Expo have reacted predictably. ZEN's share price is floundering and is trading at or below the announced price of the Oct 3rd "arranged" $0.45 PP.
In the 2 weeks since the Expo, Zen has traded an average of less than 18,000 shares/day and closed at an average price of less than $0.435
The flock doesn't care. They are paying attention to a new shiny object. They now want to know when ZEN will be "producing".
They have short memories. The Shepherds have already told them when Zen will be producing:
On Mar 9, 2016 The current Co-CEO of ZEN announced: Production in 2018...But the bashers said 2021 at the earliest?? ROTFLMAO!
On Mar 18, 2016 Fluffy confidently proclaimed on Agoracom:
“Albany will be in production in 2018. Federal government wants it. Provincial government wants it. End users want it. The world needs and wants Albany graphite”.
On Aug 7, 2017 Theiss-ZEN predicted
I will guess we have production in 2018 and be earning income......... before Dec 18 - 2018.
So I guess that settles it then - ZEN will be producing and earning income within the next 2 months.
The Shepherds would never lie to the flock, right? And as they consistently remind us, they know everything, and the "bashers" know nothing about ZEN.
