I just talked to PWAV's Executive, and found out that Wessels, Arnolld & Henderson upgraded their rating to "Buy". I talked to Jhon Adams, the analyst but he said as a policy of his company will not comment except to their institutional client such as Fidelity.

I think this event creats a great buying apportunity.
