I personally spoke to the CFO. I also spoke with the H&Q analyst who covers the company and the industry. She is the source for the takeover possibilities. She didn't say anything was in the works, only her projection of where the company is in several years. I am not projecting anything to happen in the near future. The CFO said Japan was 37% of sales. Maybe he is wrong, and you are right. You may be looking at different time frames. What VC's are you refering to? I didn't recognize any on the list of holders. Also, since the company has been public for more than two years, it is likely that the VC's are no longer under lock up agreements in the stock and have liquidated. If you have any insight into this industry, lets hear it. If not, get a life, and stop attacking those who have done some homework and are trying to share it with others.
