Hi Blaine, If you have not had a bad experience, be careful. I sure had a big one and the company is only trying to justify its actions, than take responsibility for it. I can say one thing from my experience, the company has a long way to go to understand what customer service is all about. Looks like it has a bunch of high school drop outs as customer service personnel. They don't seem to know how to handle and talk to customers at all when there are problems and issues. suresh
