Bill, BD did select and drill an area. They handled the material and delivered it to Ledoux. I don't share your contention that there is cause for concern because of Naxos's selection of Ledoux. It was necesarry for them to chose a lab because a major part of this has been in analyzing the process being used by Dr Johnson. This question re which assay technique should be used is of course the same issue Naxos has with the ASE and ASC. I am not one of the people who believe the Canadians are involved in some conspiracy to protect their franchise but I do believe there should be flexibility to analyze new technology. As far as your question as to whether Ledoux is above suspicion. No one is entirely above healthy suspicion but Ledoux is a very reputable firm. They are a referee lab in the states and have an impressive list of clients. As an example i believe they do work for both the Canadian and US mints. I believe they may be the only firm the US mint uses. I have asked a number of people in the mining industry who have no connection to the dirts what their opinion of BD and Ledoux is and they have ALL responded in a very positive manner. Henry
