It takes a long time to fix deeply-entrenched problems.
It takes forever if you apply the liberal philosophy of "equalizing outcomes."

If you apply the conservative philosophy of traditional values and personal responsibility, those problems can go away in two generations.

I've seen it happen time and time again.
