Alys, I think the reputation of the Keystone Kloners has been become part of our SI culture. It might be overdone, except for the new CEO and some missed timing they seem to be achieving everything they've been promising us.

About this financing they haven't said what kind it is, or what the terms are. If it's the tip of the iceberg we are NOT the TCLN Titanic. It may be the official launch of a titanic TCLN though (ouch, forgive me).

I don't think any new options have been given the trio for two years and I think the exercise price was fixed.

HRZG and company have been the only offers through the first 250,000 shares today, as usual. IMO buying the stock here is like taking candy from a baby, if you think about it. No matter what the shorters do the sky is the limit after July 26 (the very last time when the day's trading affects any conversion price). And there are a lot more wild cards, maybe even a stacked deck.
