Pete I read Tom deMark's "New Science of Technical Analysis" too. Especially liked his section on Daily Range projections. Based on yesterday's performance, I get a 29.5 as projected high for today and 28.25 as the projected low.We have clearly burst through these ranges today. DeMark says that in case of a breakout to upside, expect the trend to continue short term. Throw in triple witching and analyst's upgrades and proximity to earning and you have a very exciting short-term upside projection. Expect a gap up opening next week and test of resistance at 32. An earnings surprise could take us to 35 + Those of us who have been loading the boat should be rewarded next week. ciao, Daniel
