Oct 20, 2017 – Ken Stowe resigns with no announcement/explanation on the ZEN website.
Volume is way up as those in the know start selling which causes a dramatic (26%) decline from the established average quarterly share price of ~$1.00/share
2018 Quarter 1 - Avg Close - $0.65....... Avg Volume – 57,421 Shares Traded/Day
Feb 12, 2018 - Team Yellow's intentions become public knowledge and a Special Meeting of ZEN shareholders is scheduled for May 11th.
Volume stays up and SP continues to drop

May 17, 2018 - Zenyatta announces a PP at $0.55/share

Jun 22, 2018 - The May 17 PP finally closes (It took 5 weeks to raise $712,000)
Volume declines and SP continues to drop

July 16, 2018 - Team Yellow abandons GREEN, Clean-Tech, Proprietary, Patentable Caustic Process, and High Purity - Embraces Hydrofluoric ACID, Ammonia and Hydrochloric ACID process
Aug 28, 2018 – AE is gone from the Presidents position with no announcement/explanation on the ZEN website.
2018 Quarter 4 to date - Avg Close - $0.43...... Avg Volume - 42,104 Shares Traded/Day (ZEN closed at $0.42 on Nov 2nd)
Volume increases as the sell-off accelerates and SP is diving. ZEN trades at several 6 year lows.
On Oct 3, Team Yellow announces an "ARRANGED" PP at $0.45/share.. Notably, ZEN values their own shares at 18% less than the $0.55/Share PP in May.
31 days later the "ARRANGED" PP still has not closed.
Peter Wood and James Jordan are the only ones left from the $1/share days. ZEN's SP is down over 57% since Choo-choo and Friends made their original demands.
You can rightly question AE's competence as a manager, but under his watch, ZEN maintained an average share price of a dollar for the first nine months of 2017.
That was before Team Yellow first raised its ugly head at the Sep 27, 2017 AGM.
