I mean -

think about it -

it'll only work on newlyweds.

Look:

Singles - he or she will find another lover;

Married - well, he probably wouldn't notice the difference!

But seriously:

Besides - if the relationship is so bad

that one partner is going to "withhold sex"

to get their way,

then the targeted partner

will probably lie about how they voted.

(we're talking bad relationship here, so lying is probably prevalent)
